Executive Committee
The executive committee defines the overall strategy for the Department of Biomedicine. The head of the Department is appointed by the Faculty of Medicine and the University Hospital Basel. He is assisted by the Chief Operating Officer. The four preclinical institutes of the University, the four clinical departments of the University Hospital Basel and the University Children’s Hospital each contribute one representative to the executive committee.
