The Managing Director leads the operational management of the department and is part of the Management Team for the definition and implementation of the department strategy.

She is responsible for all operational matters of the Department (i.e., finances, HR, communications, administration, infrastructure, safety, IT) and coordinates the collaboration between the University, the University Hospital and the Childrens’ Hospital.
