Frank Lehman, Nicole von Burg and colleagues from Basel, Bern, and Vienna revealed biological circuits for tissue-specific regulation of ILC3-dependent T cell responses. The study, published in Nature Communications, provides important insights to immune regulation in the gut and may be relevant for the understanding of chronic inflammatory diseases.
