Assistant to Managing Director

Tasks:

• Scheduling and preparation of meetings/appointment for the Managing Director
• Triaging the inquiries coming from internals and externals for the Managing Director
• Support of the Managing Director in various projects
• Payment and controlling of invoices of the department (on the departmental cost centers)
• Point of contact for internal and external requests and coordination of further handling Eventmanagement
• Holiday and sick leave substitution of Manuela Bernasconi
