Tasks:

• Administration: General administrative support to the research group leader
• Event management: Organisation of internal events and meetings
• Finance: Budget control, payment transactions and reimbursements
• HR: On- and Off-boarding, absence requests, time management and recruiting
• General liaison point for other administrative offices (HR, Finance, Admin,…) 
• Organisation of the Basel Breast Consortium (BBC) annual meeting, seminars and lectures series
• Organisation of the European Network of Breast Development and Cancer labs (ENBDC) annual workshop, monthly seminars and lectures
• Coordination of the internal FARO seminars in Oncology
• Coordination of the Translational Cancer Research Lecture Series
• Event management
