•    Budget coordination and general financial management
•    Appointment coordination
•    Updating of webpages
•    Compilation of reports
•    Proof reading and general translation to English (native speaker)
•    General liaison point for other administrative offices
•    Organisation of seminar series
•    Congress and event organisation
•    Accreditation of seminar/event attendees (e.g. for “Aus- und Weiterbildungsveranstaltungen für Fachpersonal für Tierversuche”)
•    Coordination of guest speaker visits
