Head of Communications

As the Head of Communications at the Department of Biomedicine at the University of Basel, I am responsible for all aspects of internal and external communications, as well as marketing. I independently develop and implement strategic communication and marketing concepts, ranging from introducing the corporate design to managing internal and public-facing media initiatives.

I lead the communications team, coordinate PR activities in close collaboration with the University of Basel and University Hospitals Basel, and manage all channels, including the website, social media, and print materials. I organize major events and represent the department's communications internally and externally.
