Bottneuro AG

Bottneuro develops a personalized Neuromodulation and EEG device for transcranial electrical stimulation (tES) at-home. By addressing the patients unique anatomy and pathophysiology, targeted, multifocal electrical stimulation can be applied to alter neuronal excitability and modulating the firing frequency of individual neurons. Highly specific modulation of endogenous brain activity opens the possibility of ‘’speaking the language of the brain’’. Dedicated brain areas and activity patterns are responsible for cognitive and executive functions and are altered by neurological and psychiatric diseases such as Alzheimer’s Disease, Dementia, Depression and Schizophrenia. Indicating the significant clinical potential for personalized tES in remote settings.

Cellec Biotek AG

CELLEC BIOTEK AG develops and commercializes bioreactor systems for 3D cell culture and tissue engineering. Thanks to the patented direct perfusion technologies, our products allow user-friendly seeding and functional maintenance of cells within porous materials. The resulting tissues are used as advanced models of development, physiology, pathology, and drug testing, and prospectively as engineered grafts for tissue and organ regeneration.

Cimeio Therapeutics

Cimeio is an applied gene editing, cellular, and immunotherapy company developing a portfolio of Shielded-Cell & Immunotherapy Pairs™ for patients with debilitating and life-threatening diseases. Cimeio's proprietary technology platform is based on the discovery of novel protein variants, which when inserted into cells allow them to preserve function while resisting depletion by a precisely paired immunotherapy. This technology has significant therapeutic potential, which Cimeio is using to develop curative treatments for patients with genetic diseases, hematologic malignancies, and severe autoimmune disorders.

GeneGuide

GeneGuide AG uses a human genome-based approach to identify new drug targets and compounds for the treatment of neuropsychiatric disorders. In addition, the company also offers services in the following areas: 1. Target validation and specification, 2. Gene identification for pharmacogenetic purposes, 3. Proof-of-concept (PoC) clinical trials.

MindGuide, a division of GeneGuide, uses immersive technologies including next generation virtual reality and augmented reality to reduce anxiety, treat phobias and increase stress resilience.

Hornet Therapeutics

Hornet Therapeutics is pioneering single gene-level precision engineering of immune cell metabolism to induce or abolish specific cellular states. The company is pre-clinical and focused on creating metabolically optimized cell backbones for CAR-T/NK cell therapies with improved long-term efficacy.

Our lead metabolic vulnerability asset provides the first-in-class potential to prevent a large group of virus-associated malignancies.

Matterhorn Biosciences

Matterhorn Biosciences is an immuno-oncology company developing therapies based on T cell receptors (TCRs) directed against disease-specific metabolic profiles. Taking advantage of a broad set of TCRs and the nonpolymorphic nature of MR1, Matterhorn’s technology has the potential to yield effective therapies for many indications and patient groups. The company is currently focused on progressing early therapeutic candidates.
