• Secure support by «science mentor» and «clinic mentor», as applicable
• Submit completed required resources form to Christophe Kunz

Before August 10^th 2025, 24:00 CET:

• Follow up closely with Christophe Kunz to evaluate / amend the required resources as needed; a short online meeting may be scheduled for each candidate within the overall time window of 15:00 to 17:00 CET on one of the days between August 4 and 7.
• Submit application to Chairman of JFC (Daniel Pinschewer), CC to DBM Coordinator New Building (Christophe Kunz)

Before August 17^th 2025:

• Invitation of pre-selected candidates to the symposium

September 9th, 2025:

• Junior Faculty Recruitment Symposium and Interviews

October 15th, 2025:

• Deadline for ERC Starting Grant application

Expected January 15th, 2026:

• Deadline for SNF Starting Grant application
